All services are delivered based on the agreed project scope discussed with the client prior to project commencement.

Clients agree to follow the payment structure agreed upon before the start of the project. This may include:

• Advance payment or deposit before project initiation
• Milestone-based payments during development
• Final payment before project delivery or deployment

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the agreed project scope.

Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may be treated as extra work and may require additional charges.

Upon full payment of the project, ownership of the final deliverables may be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

Royal Technologies shall not be held responsible for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of business or revenue
• Issues caused by third-party platforms or tools

Clients agree to use services at their own discretion.
